VITS LanguageLink's professional Booking Officers are highly trained in their field and with the support of our computerised Booking System that is fully equipped to handle every aspect of your on-site interpreter needs, it serves as a comprehensive data bank that provides numerous service provision reports, which will assist your organisation monitor expenditure and its access to interpreters.

The VITS LanguageLink Booking Office is the only service available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Specialising in:

• Education: Client interviews, parent/teacher interviews, information sessions, casework, training, seminars, skills related testing sessions, etc.
• Health: Public and private hospitals, community health centres, private health clinics and women's health services.
• Legal: This is a specialised service to the Victorian legal sector. LIS operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Victoria-wide. LIS is the exclusive provider of interpreting services to Victoria Police.
• Mental Health: Client interviews, psychological assessments, psycho-geriatric assessments, family therapy and other areas in mental health.
