To help us achieve this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager excited by the opportunity to secure Australia's leading corporate and government organisations, to add to our expanding national client base.

You're a relationship specialist, with a talent for managing relationships at all levels. You'll bring a lot of energy to a role that includes new business development and maintaining key existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead contact for key clients
  • Retention and growth from existing clients from VITS' service suite, resulting in revenue increase
  • Acquire new accounts through your networks and key leads identified by the business
  • Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements to promote customer advocacy
  • Ensure that contracts register is current and provide reporting information to General Manager for key customer's dashboard
  • Develop an opportunity pipeline, including accurate forecasting of sales opportunities
  • Develop and prepare engaging customer presentations in collaboration with internal VITS stakeholders.

Key selection criteria:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in an Account Management / Account Executive role
  • Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels, including senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Ability to analyse and prepare client and management reports
  • Experience in the Telco / Finance industry would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Language Services industry desirable
